The business challenge
At most SMEs, recruiting happens scattered across emails, Excel sheets and job board platforms. The consequences are predictable: candidates get lost, nobody can tell who is at which stage, and by the time HR answers every email, the best applicants have signed elsewhere.

HRscale is built on a modern, cloud-based SaaS architecture: multi-tenant delivery, role-based access control and API-level integration options for the tools companies already use. Career pages were built to be embeddable, so they work with any existing company website. Data handling follows GDPR requirements, which is a baseline expectation for recruitment data.
