Website development in healthcare, where trust decides everything: the website of Dr. Dér Levente, an aesthetic and functional foot surgeon, translates his professional background into the patients’ language and turns visitors arriving from search into booked consultations.

The business challenge

Nobody chooses a surgeon from a price list. Patients decide on trust, and trust is built from information: what is my problem, what will happen to me during and after surgery, and why this particular doctor. Dr. Dér Levente performs 350 to 400 foot and ankle surgeries a year with minimally invasive techniques, but that experience used to be invisible online.

The task was to build a medical website that serves two audiences at once: the patient looking for an answer to their complaint, who wants plain language, and the search engine, which rewards structured, thorough professional content.

The solution: a condition-based content structure

The backbone of the site is the set of condition and procedure guides, because patients search for their complaint, not for a doctor’s name. During the website development we translated that search logic into page structure:
